- Click Opportunities: Select the Opportunities tab to view your dashboard metrics and prompt table.
Accessing this tab reveals exactly which queries require your attention.
Understanding the Opportunities Dashboard
The dashboard provides visual widgets and a detailed table of specific search prompts where you lacked visibility. You can use this data to identify exactly which AI models omitted your business and how many competing brands appeared instead of you.
The interface separates your data into visual charts and a specific prompt table.
- Total Opportunities: Shows the raw number and percentage of prompts where your business was not mentioned.
- Opportunities by Engine: Displays a bar chart detailing your missed mentions across platforms like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude. Hovering over a bar reveals the exact number of omissions.
- Prompts Table: Lists the specific query, search intent icon, the specific engine icons that did not mention you, and the total number of competing brands mentioned.
Reviewing these metrics helps you focus on the specific AI platforms where your visibility is lowest.
Analyzing Prompt Details and Sources
Clicking any prompt in the table opens a side panel detailing your specific visibility metrics, engine breakdowns, and source citations. You can read an overview of your performance and view the exact URLs the engines used to generate their answers.
The prompt detail panel gives you granular data on why your business was missed.
- Overview: Provides an AI-generated summary explaining your engine coverage. It suggests general actions like optimizing your site for local SEO and building authoritative backlinks. It also lists an engine-by-engine breakdown showing text mentions, sources, and sentiment.
- Sources: Lists the specific website URLs the AI engines referenced to answer the prompt. It displays a red warning reading “Not cited in any sources” if your domain is missing from the results.
- Prompt Visibility: Shows your exact visibility percentage and average position for the selected query.
Using this panel helps you understand exactly which competitor websites the AI prefers so you can improve your own citations.
