To download your invoices, start by logging into your account and clicking on the gear icon to access ‘My Account’ settings.
Once there, click on ‘Billing,’ then select ‘Manage Billing,’ which will open a new tab.
Scroll down to view all your invoices or click ‘View More’ for your complete invoice history.
To download an invoice, click the arrow button next to the desired invoice to open it, then click ‘Download’ to save it to your device.

Steps to Download Your Invoices
Follow these steps to update the details that will print on your future invoices.
Step 1: Open Account Settings
Log in to your account. Click the three dots in the top-left corner of the app, and go to My Account.
Step 2: Manage Your Billing
Click on the Billing tab at the top of the page. Next, click the Manage Billing button. This will open your billing portal in a new tab.
Step 3: Find Your Invoice History
Scroll down to view your recent invoices. If you need to find an older receipt, click View More to open your complete invoice history.
Step 4: Download the File
Click the arrow button next to the invoice you want to view. Once the invoice opens, click Download to save the PDF to your device.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I change the company name or address on an old invoice?
No. Past invoices cannot be changed once they are issued due to strict tax and legal rules. If you need to fix your details for the next billing cycle, you must update your billing information first.
What if an invoice is missing from my history?
If you believe you have been charged but cannot see the invoice in your billing portal, please contact our support team. We will help you track down the receipt.
