How to Connect Your Account
Connecting your profile is fast.
- Go to your Local Dominator dashboard.
- Click on Maps in the menu.
- Select Google Accounts.
- Click the βAdd New Accountβ button and follow the prompts.
How to Schedule GBP Posts
Fresh content keeps your profile active. The post scheduler helps you plan this ahead of time.
- Go to MAPS, then select MY MAPS.

- Click the Business Name you want to post to.
- Once in the GBP Dashboard, go to the PostsΒ tab.
- Click Create Post.
- Write your content. You can use the AI Assist tool to help write the text.
- Check the Media box to add a photo.
- Select a date under Schedule Post.
- Optional: If you want the post to repeat, check the Recurrence box and choose your schedule.
How to Manage GBP Media
Good photos build trust. The Media tab lets you upload and manage images easily.
- Click the Media tab.
- Click Add New Media. You can upload many photos at once.
- Choose a Category for each photo (like βAt Workβ or βAdditionalβ).
- Set a schedule if you want the photo to go live later.
How to Manage Customer Reviews
It is easier to reply to reviews when they are all in one place.
- Go to the Reviews tab inside your Business Dashboard.
- To Reply: Click Add a Reply on new reviews.
- To Edit: Click Edit Reply to change an old response.
- To Delete: Click Remove Reply to delete a response from the tool.
