Welcome to our latest update – the Maps Module! Crafted in response to your valuable feedback, this module simplifies managing your Google Maps (GBP/GMB) presence directly from our platform. Here’s a quick overview of what you can expect:

  • Easy Account Integration: Seamlessly sync your Google account and manage multiple locations effortlessly.
  • Dynamic Dashboard: Access comprehensive insights including calls, visits, and more with customizable date ranges for comparative analysis.
  • Bulk Media Uploads: Enhance your listings by uploading up to 30 images at once, with the option to categorize and schedule postings.
  • Efficient Post Scheduling: Keep your audience engaged with scheduled posts, offers, and events. Our new feature even allows you to add images to your GMB Media Library directly.

  1. How do I sync my Google My Business account with the Maps Module?

    • To sync your Google My Business account, navigate to the Maps section within your account and click on “Google account”. From there, select “Add new account”, choose your Google account, and follow the on-screen prompts to complete the integration process.

  2. Can I manage multiple locations with the Maps Module?

    • Yes, the Maps Module supports managing multiple locations. Once you sync your Google My Business account, the module will fetch all locations associated with that account. You can then manage each location’s details, including posts, reviews, and Q&A, directly from the dashboard.
  3. Is it possible to schedule posts and manage media for my listings through the Maps Module?

    • Absolutely! The Maps Module allows you to upload and schedule up to 30 images at once, categorize them, and even schedule your posts for future dates. This ensures your Google My Business listings remain vibrant and up-to-date with minimal effort.

  4. How can I use the Maps Module to respond to customer reviews?

    • Within the Maps Module, you can view all your customer reviews and respond directly from the dashboard. If a review already has a reply, you can edit it, or if it’s a new review, you can add a new reply. This feature helps you maintain a positive online presence and engage with your customers effectively.

    • The number of locations you can manage with the Maps Module is based on your subscription plan. Each plan offers different limitations to suit your business needs:
      • Advance Plan: Up to 15 locations
      • Pro Plan: Up to 25 locations
      • Powerhouse Plan: Up to 80 locations
      • Enterprise Plan: Up to 200 locations

  7. Do I need my own Google API key to use the Maps Module?
    • No, you do not need to provide your own Google API key. Local Dominator handles this for you, making it ready to use right out of the box 🙂 However, if you have an approved Google API key and prefer to use your own, you can certainly do so by reaching out to our support team. This flexibility ensures that you can customize your experience to meet your specific needs.
