Steps to Fix the Sync Issue
If your GBP did not connect properly the first time, you will need to re-add the account and make sure you give it the right permissions.
Step 1: Go to Google Accounts
In the left sidebar menu, click GBP Management. From the drop-down list, select Google Accounts.
Step 2: Add Your Account
Click the Add New Account button in the top right corner of your screen to start the connection process over again.
Step 3: Sign in to Google
A prompt will appear asking you to sign in. Enter the email address and password for the Google account that manages your GBP.
Step 4: Check the Permissions Box (Critical Step)
This is the most important step. Google will open a screen asking what access you want to give Local Dominator. You must check the box at the top of the screen to grant permission. If you do not check this box, your GBP will fail to connect.
Step 5: Finalize the Connection
After checking the permission box, click Continue. Local Dominator now has the required authorization to sync and manage your Google Business Profile.
Step 6: Wait for Verification
You will see a syncing indicator on your screen. Wait for 10 seconds to 2 minutes. Once the sync is finished, a success message will appear, and your locations will display correctly on your dashboard.
