All four are required together. A large number of low‑value customers, or a single unusually large account, does not qualify on its own.
Strategic Partner status cannot be reached by volume alone — it is extended by invitation to partners already meeting the business requirements.
These activities are not converted into a complex public points system. They are considered as part of the annual Strategic Partner review.
The exact treatment of existing lifetime‑qualified accounts follows the official Partner Terms.
Lifetime recurring direct commission is reserved for Strategic Partners. The Partner Program starts with fixed commission windows — 12 months as a Partner, 24 months as a Certified Partner, and lifetime direct recurring commission as a Strategic Partner while status is maintained.
This structure rewards partners who consistently create long‑term value, rather than partners who made referrals years ago and are no longer active.

Strategic Partners can also introduce qualified new partners, and earn Partner Builder overrides from the customer revenue those partners generate.
